It is used to states that money causes all the problems in life or say it’s the root of all evil when people that are very rich get too obsessed with their money instead of living their life.
This makes a person believe the “riches” are evil and every rich person is evil and greedy in one way or the other.
It is used to dishearten people from pursuing their aim to become rich or loving money in a good manner.

The first saying is another scriptural one coming from 1 Timothy 6:10. It says, “For the love of money is a base of all kinds of wickedness, for which some have wandered from the confidence in their avarice, and punctured themselves through with numerous distresses.”
The actual quote warns believers(and individuals overall) not to be ravenous, on the grounds that the affection for money is is the cause or root of all kinds of evil.
I don’t agree that the quote says “all kinds of evil” because it is unreasonable to believe that money is the base of all insidious,
particularly when different underlying roots of evil are available wherever we look.
